How the rates are shown
As the Comptroller reported them, with nothing added or corrected. A rate the appraisal district didn't report shows as “not reported”, never as zero. A district on an appraisal roll but missing from the Comptroller's files is listed separately and added only when checked.
Updates
The Comptroller publishes each year's rates in January. New files are checked against the Comptroller's own totals and reviewed by a person before they go live.
General information, not tax advice; the county tax assessor-collector and appraisal district have the final word.
Google Analytics counts visits, with advertising features off. An address typed into the lookup is removed before anything is sent, and the tax forms page loads no analytics.
